  1. HFM Health Journals Subscription:
    Our health journals are sold through a subscription model, and payment is required in advance. Once a subscription has started, we do not offer refunds.

  2. Health Books and Other Products:
    All books and products are sold on a prepayment basis. As a health-focused organization with limited resources, we are unable to provide refunds once an order has been placed.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If any of our journals, books, or other products arrive in a damaged or defective condition, we will send replacement copies at no additional cost.
